Founding Shooters

Does anybody really know what the founding fathers meant, what their intent was, when they wrote the Constitution. Certainly, they couldn't have foreseen radical Islamic terrorism; they were too worried about Catholics. It's fair to assume they wrote the Constitution within the framework of their their time. They were cool with slavery. Up to a point. Up to .60. Anyway, as I think about the 2nd Amendment and the founding fathers, here's what I think they were thinking when they wrote this:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Everyone gets a musket.

I'm pretty sure that's what they meant.

Arkansas is about to join a select group of states which has specifically approved the right of citizens to carry concealed weapons in a place of worship. I’m guessing (hoping) we’re talking about hand guns here (and not Mac-10’s or sawed-off shotguns though these could certainly be concealed, given the right body type).
